【Name】Assay Kit for Spermic Membrane Surface IgG
【Size】20T
The Assay kid is rapid, easy-to-use tests for the detection of anti-sperm antibodies in semen.
Anti sperm antibodies (ASA) are produced when the blood-testis barrier is
disrupted by obstruction, infection or traumatism. Immunoglobulines of the IgG
class are usually present in both serum and semen, and the IgG antibodies
attach to the spermatozoa. ASA of the IgG class may be detected in seminal
plasma, but there is usually no free IgA in seminal plasma.
In this experiment, a mixed agglutination
reaction is used in the following principle: when the sperm surfaces present
antibodies (IgG), , the microspheres coated with the IgG sensitization are
adhered to them by the anti-IgG bridging action, and the microspheres move
along with the sperm during the activity of the spermatozoa. According to the
percentage of the active sperm count of the sensitized ball, the number of
active sperm counts as the proportion of the total activity.
